Architectural Sketch

Interior Design

- Revision Process – Clients can request two rounds of revisions per room to refine details and finalize the design.
- Scope of Work – We provide detailed visualizations and specifications for all primary living spaces. Utility areas (laundry, storage, service rooms) are excluded from rendered presentations.

Design and Architectural Drawings

In addition to drawings, we provide a full Bill of Quantities (BOQ) — a detailed specification of all materials used in the design, including dimensions and quantities. This allows local suppliers to accurately calculate the cost of materials based on actual availability and pricing in your region.
